The List Korea provides bespoke travel curation and concierge services for visitors to Korea. Our services include personalized itinerary design, experience recommendations, reservation coordination, and local travel support. The Company acts as an intermediary between clients and carefully selected third-party service providers (“Partners”), including accommodations, restaurants, transportation providers, wellness services, and cultural experience operators.
2. Concierge Itinerary Design Fee

A non-refundable Concierge Itinerary Design Fee starting from USD 350 is required to initiate the consultation and itinerary development process. This starting fee applies to itineraries of up to four (4) days. For longer stays, multi-city travel, or more complex travel programs, the design fee may be adjusted accordingly.
The Concierge Itinerary Design Fee includes:
• initial consultation and travel planning
• personalized itinerary design
• restaurant reservations and experience coordination
• reservation assistance with selected partners
• general concierge support throughout the planning process and during the client’s stay in Korea
The design fee does not include the cost of travel services or experiences, such as accommodations, transportation, dining expenses, wellness or medical services, activities, or other third-party offerings.
Certain specialized arrangements or premium concierge services requested by the client (such as private transportation, interpreters, or bespoke experiences) may incur additional service fees. Once the consultation and itinerary design process has commenced, the Concierge Itinerary Design Fee is non-refundable.
3. Reservations and Third-Party Fees

The List Korea may assist in coordinating reservations with trusted Partners; however, all third-party services are provided and operated independently by those Partners.
All costs associated with third-party services—including but not limited to accommodations, dining, transportation, experiences, and wellness services—are the responsibility of the client.
Pricing, availability, and service conditions are determined by the respective Partners and may be subject to change.
4. Changes, Cancellations, and No-Shows

Clients are responsible for adhering to the cancellation and modification policies of each Partner.
The Company will assist in facilitating communication with Partners when changes or cancellations are requested; however, any penalties, cancellation fees, or charges resulting from late cancellations or no-shows remain the responsibility of the client.
The Company reserves the right to make reasonable adjustments to itineraries when necessary due to availability, weather conditions, operational considerations, or other circumstances beyond our control.
5. Discretion and Confidentiality

6. Limitation of Liability

The List Korea shall not be held liable for any injury, loss, delay, service disruption, dissatisfaction, or damages arising from services performed by third-party Partners or from circumstances beyond the Company’s control.
7. Travel Insurance

Clients are strongly encouraged to obtain appropriate travel insurance to cover trip cancellations, travel disruptions, medical emergencies, and personal belongings.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea.
